Shipping policy

1) Fulfillment Partners (Amazon / Walmart)

To keep shipping efficient and cost-effective, many orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partners Amazon and/or Walmart using their logistics networks.

  • Your package may ship from an Amazon or Walmart fulfillment center.
  • Tracking numbers may be the platform’s internal tracking ID rather than a traditional carrier link.
  • Real-time tracking visibility can vary by platform and region. If tracking looks unusual or does not update, please contact us.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3) Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. domestic orders (48 contiguous states).
  • Exclusions: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is currently not supported.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4) Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers may come from Amazon or Walmart systems and may not always link directly to UPS/USPS/FedEx.
  • Delivery estimates may vary by platform and location.

5) Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

6) Lost / Delayed Packages

We follow Amazon and Walmart’s shipping policies regarding lost or delayed packages. If your order seems delayed, please contact us with your order number.
