How to Earn Points

Order points are calculated on merchandise subtotal (before tax and shipping).
How to Redeem

Example: if you have 500 points, you can apply them at checkout for an instant $5 off your order total.
Posting & Expiration
Purchase points post to your account within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Points are valid for 12 months from the earn date and then expire automatically.
Returns & Cancellations
If an order is returned, the points earned from that order will be deducted. If you used points on that order, the redeemed points will be returned to your balance once the return is approved; refunds are issued net of the discount used at checkout. For partial returns, points earned and returned are adjusted proportionally. Cancelled or unpaid orders do not earn points.
Notes
Points apply to eligible merchandise only and are not valid on taxes, shipping, or gift cards. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable; they are tied to your customer account and email. To prevent fraud or abuse, we may review, adjust, or suspend points when necessary.
