Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Free return (what is covered)

  • Defective, damaged, or not as described: we provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping.
  • Wrong item shipped: free return with a prepaid label or an exchange.

Returns for other reasons

  • Change of mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, etc. — item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Customer pays the return shipping.
  • A reasonable processing/restocking fee may be deducted to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging (as shown at checkout or in your order confirmation).
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except for defective/damaged items.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Products showing misuse, intentional damage, missing parts, contamination, or not in resalable condition may be rejected for refund.
  • Please include the provided RMA number on the package; unauthorized returns may be delayed.

Refund method & timeline

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • For defective/damaged items you may request an exchange.
  • Replacements ship after the carrier confirms the return is in transit.
  • For non-defect reasons, please place a new order while the original is processed as a return.

Special cases

  • Wrong address or refused delivery: we can reship (extra postage applies) or refund the product price minus shipping and any carrier return charges.
  • Lost or damaged in transit: keep the packaging and notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Final-sale/clearance items: clearly marked and not returnable unless defective.

Taxes

Refunds include applicable sales tax on returned items.

How to start a return

  • Email support@amurx.com with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason.
  • If eligible, we’ll reply with instructions and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Ship the item within 10 days of approval and keep the receipt/tracking number for your records.
