- Orders placed directly on amurx.com are shipped by Luckybay Inc. from our U.S. warehouse or trusted logistics partners.
- Processing time is typically 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Processing time is in addition to the transit times shown below.

The free-shipping threshold applies only to orders placed directly on our website.
Service Area
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 mainland states).
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other U.S. territories.
- Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A signature may be required for high-value orders.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier first; then contact us so we can help initiate a trace.
