2) Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation of payment.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
  • Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after order completion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or pricing errors.

3) Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimated as follows (U.S. domestic):

  • Economy: typically 5–8 business days
  • Standard: typically 3–4 business days
  • Express: typically 1–2 business days

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Delivery times are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

4) Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: full refund or replacement at no cost. Prepaid return label provided.
  • Other reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered): customer is responsible for return shipping; a reasonable restocking/processing fee may apply.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with packaging and accessories included.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method typically within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amurx Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
